So it was my birthday again a few days ago.
I have set a target of 750 miles this year which I'm behind on! and I'm doing the Dublin marathon in October.I've been a good boy the last 6 weeks and have been slowly upping my miles from 0 to just over 30 miles a week. Over the last 3 days I did over 20 which I'm very happy about. I have some momentum built up which I need to feed off
